We want you to love each one of your Pure Sage bags as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your items please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Send an email to info@puresagebags.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fees are charged. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
